The transport of dangerous goods by air must comply with national and international regulations designed to prevent risks to people, property and the environment. These regulations apply to all natural or legal persons engaged in activities related to the transport of dangerous goods by air or must comply with the prohibitions on the transport of dangerous goods by air (air operators, shippers, air transport intermediaries, aerodrome managers, training centers for staff with duties related to the air transport of dangerous goods, etc.).
