Applicable regulations
- Air operators, aircraft owners subject to the provisions of Regulation of the European Parliament And Of The Council (EU) 2018/1139 of 4 July 2018 (as subsequently amended and supplemented), are subject to European Regulation (EU) no. 965/2012 (as subsequently amended and supplemented), AIR OPS.
- RACR-TABP, approved by Order of the Minister of Transport (OMT) no. 488 of 24.03.2015;
- RACR-OPS LAAG, approved by Order of the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure (OMTI) no. 301/2009
- Government Decision no. 859 of August 11, 2021, for the approval of the procedure for authorizing flights in national airspace.
Both European Regulation (EU) no. 965/2012, as well as the national RACR-TABP regulation, make applicable the provisions of ICAO Annex 18 and the associated technical instructions (“Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air”) Doc 9284 AN / 905 to their latest update. The provisions of the Emergency Response Guidance for Aviation Incidents Involving Dangerous Goods (ICAO Doc 9481-AN / 928, last edition) also apply to the provisions of the Emergency Response Guidance Material for Aircraft Incidents Involving Dangerous Goods.
Applicable procedures
- In order to comply (EU) no. 965/2012 - "Acceptable means of compliance and guidance material" issued by the European Agency (published on the EASA website as ED decisions).
