It is intended for use by examiners with a Part-FCL examiner certificate when conducting a Licence Skill Test (LST), Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) on a Part-FCL licence holder whose licence was issued by a competent authority other than their own.
The Examiner Differences Document replaces the mandatory briefing and the pre-notification which was required so far.
Ro CAA will keep a list with the non-romanian examiners.
