The procedure is applicable to all natural and / or legal persons carrying out civil aeronautical activities or related civil aeronautical activities on the Romanian territory and / or in the national airspace and who have equipment or systems whose operation requires the allocation of an aircraft address code, according to the requirements Implementing Regulation (EU) No. Commission Regulation (EC) No 1207/2011 of 22 November 2011 laying down requirements for the performance and interoperability of the supervisory function within the Single European Sky.
