Pursuant to GD 399/2010 amending and supplementing GD 780/2006 on establishing the scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading, transposing Directive 2008/101 / EC amending Directive 2003/87 / EC to include activities aviation in the greenhouse gas emission allowance trading system within the Community, the authority responsible for implementing the provisions of this Directive is the National Agency for Environmental Protection.
