In accordance with the Decree of the President of Romania no.195 / 16.03.2020 on the establishment of the state of emergency on the territory of Romania, art.12 (1) of the Military Ordinance no.3 / 24.03.2020 on measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the AACR Report no. 9224 / 10.04.2020 on the granting of exemptions from the requirements of regulations of the European Commission and of the Parliament in the field of continuous airworthiness, AACR makes the following remarks:
CAMO organizations authorized by AACR in accordance with the provisions of Annex I (Part M Subpart G), Annex Vc, Part CAMO or Annex Vd, CAO Part of Regulation (EU) no. 1321/2014, may request, for aircraft from the Single Register of Civil Aircraft Registration in Romania, which have a Certificate of Airworthiness Assessment (CEN) for which the validity limit ends between 16.03.2020 - 31.07.2020, if the certificate has been extended twice in accordance with the provisions of Annex I (Part-M) MA901 (c) (2), MA901 (e) (2) or MA901 (f) or in accordance with the provisions of Annex Vb (Part-ML) MA901 (c), granting an additional extension, valid for 6 months, of the Certificate of Airworthiness Assessment (CEN) for aircraft in a controlled environment.
