On the second day of the workshop organized by AACR with the representatives of the CAMO / AMO / MTO organizations, the debates take place actively and constructively, the participants being interested in the implementation of the changes in the internal legislation occurred in relation to the new European Regulations in the field. aeronautics, (EU) 1139/2019, (EU) 2019/1383 and (EU) 2019/1384.
Today, the inspectors of the Airworthiness Department of AACR make presentations and discuss the following topics of interest:
- conducting / documenting non-destructive testing (NDT) activities and certification of NDT personnel in Part 145 organizations in accordance with the requirements of EN 4179;
- document traceability for aircraft mounted components;
- developing a safety culture in aircraft maintenance activities;
- implementation of the requirements “Controller Pilot Data Link Communications - CPDLC” and “Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast - ADS-B”;
- new types of licenses introduced by Regulation 2018/1142;
- the structure of the license file Part 66 - responsible persons within the employing organization;
- national civil aviation safety plan - PNSAC 2019-2023;
- NPA 2019-07 - provisions on information security risk management in Part M and Part 145 organizations.
The working meeting between AACR will end today with conclusions and a long-term cooperation / cooperation calendar.
