We inform you that starting with 28.06.2020, Order no. 893/2020 for the approval of the Romanian Civil Aviation Regulation regarding the issuance of approvals for technical documentation related to objectives in areas with civil aeronautical easements or in other areas where they may constitute obstacles to air navigation or may affect flight safety on the territory and airspace of Romania - RACR -AVZ, edition 2/2020.
The technical documentation to be submitted in order to obtain the approval is prepared in compliance with the provisions of RACR-AVZ, edition 2/2020 and the Decision of the Director General of AACR approving the Content and structure of the documentation to be submitted to AACR in order to issue approvals to related technical documentation objectives in areas with civil aeronautical easements or in other areas where they may constitute obstacles to air navigation or may affect the safety of flight on the territory and in the airspace of Romania.
