In accordance with Art. RACR-DEMO 010 from OMT no. 200/2015 (RACR-DEMO "Aerial demonstrations"), "fly in" events means a meeting of aircraft, pilots / paratroopers / unmanned aircraft operators on board and the public for both recreational and social purposes, during which non-demonstration flights took place, in compliance with the regulations in force regarding the rules of the air. Consequently, the performance of VFR flights below the minimum safety altitude specified in art. RACR-RA 4,060 of OMTCT no. 21/2007 (RACR-RA „Air Rules”) and in art. 12 para. (1) and para. (2) of GD 912/2010 with subsequent amendments and completions, constitutes a contravention according to art. 13 lit. o) of GD 912/2010 and is sanctioned according to art. 14 paragraph (2) of the same Decision.
