During the state of alert, if the cumulative incidence at 14 days in Bucharest is higher than 6 / 1,000 inhabitants, the access to the headquarters of the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority R.A. is permitted only to people who comply with one of the following conditions, with the exception of RCAA employees:
a. they are vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 and 10 days have passed since the completion of the full vaccination scheme;
b. they submit a negative result of an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 performed in the last 72 hours;
c. they submit a certified negative result of a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 performed in the last 48 hours;
d. they are in the period between the 15th and 180th day after the confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
Access to the institution is permitted only:
a. after the completion of the epidemiological triage;
b. after the completion of hand disinfection procedures;
c.after the submission of the European Union digital certificate / documents compatible with this certificate, on paper or in electronic format, that attest the vaccination against COVID-19, testing or having passed through the disease. These documents shall be checked at the entrance with the mobile application << Check DCC >>. Natural persons coming from states where authorities do not issue European Union digital certificates/ documents compatible with these certificates, shall present, on paper or electronic format, documents that attest the vaccination against COVID-19, testing or having passed through the disease.
d. with face masks.
Theoretical examination sittings are organized by RCAA with the participation of a number of people up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space intended for the examination, ensuring an area of at least 2 square meters for each person.
