By Order of the Minister of Transport no. 931/2019 regarding the measures for the application of art. 16 of Regulation (EU) no. 376/2014 on reporting, analysis and subsequent actions regarding civil aviation events [1], published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 499 of June 20, 2019, AACR was designated as the body responsible for the implementation of art. 16 (6), (9) and (11).
In this capacity, one of the main responsibilities is to receive and manage complaints from employees or contracted staff in the civil aviation industry, regarding alleged violations of the rules of "Fair Culture". Details in this regard can be accessed here.
