On Tuesday, 23.04.2019, at 13.00, will take place at the headquarters of AACR, the 22nd meeting of the Technical Committee for Safety in Civil Aviation, during which will be presented and adopted the “Preliminary Report on how to comply in 2018 with the minimum safety performance, established by the National Civil Aviation Safety Plan (pNSAC) 2018 - 2022 ”. The National Civil Aviation Safety Plan (pNSAC) identifies, based on the assessment of relevant safety information, the main safety risks affecting the national civil aviation safety system and sets out the actions needed to reduce those risks.
The Technical Safety Committee (CTS) operates under the coordination of AACR and consists of representatives of the Ministry of Transport, AACR and the civil aviation industry. Among the main attributions of CTS are: elaboration of the implementation plan of the National Civil Aviation Safety Program, elaboration of the national security policy, elaboration of the national taxation policy in the field of civil aviation safety, elaboration of the National Civil Aviation Security Plan, coordination of dissemination information on safety in civil aviation agents, elaboration and submission for approval / approval as appropriate, to the Safety Assessment Committee, the responsible manager or the Ministry of Transport of other documents deriving from PNSAC.
A representative of the Ministry of National Defense participates in the CTS meetings as a permanent guest, with observer status, considering the implications of the common civil-military use of the national airspace. Representatives of professional organizations or national associations in the field of civil aviation may also be invited to CTS meetings as observers.
