The organization’s certificate approved in accordance with Subpart G of Part M of Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 will only be valid until 24.03.2022. After this date, authorization into a Part-CAMO or Part-CAO organization is required.
The continuing airwortiness management organisation is responsible for the continuing airworthiness of an aircraft and shall ensure that no flight takes place unless:
- the aircraft is maintained in an airworthy condition, and;
- any operational and emergency equipment fitted is correctly installed and serviceable or clearly identified as unserviceable, and;
- the airworthiness certificate remains valid, and;
- the maintenance of the aircraft is performed in accordance with the approved maintenance programme as specified in point M.A.302.
In the case of commercial air transport the operator is responsible for the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft it operates and shall be approved, as part of the air operator certificate issued by the competent authority, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 Subpart M.G for the aircraft it operates.
When an operator holds a certificate for commercial operations, it shall be appropriately approved, pursuant to Subpart G (Part-M) for the management of the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft it operates or contract such an organisation, depending on the type of the commercial operations.

Changes to the CAMO approval
For the approval to be issued, the following shall be submitted to the CAA:
- Application-F-EASA FORM 2
- Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) + Check list CAME
- Applications for the approval of other document, if applicable;
