Existing organizations, which were approved under Subpart F and SUbpartea G of Part M of Regulation (EU) 1321/2014, must obtain a new approval under Part-CAO (combined organization) by 24 March 2022 at the latest.

Direct transition to an approved organization under Part-145 is not possible.
